This week's topic: Going fast.

We've covered the big stuff: nutrition, training, wrenching and everything in between. Now we've got a couple of seasoned pros to banter about how to race fast. We'll bring it all together in this final installment of the Breck Epic/ GU Roctane live Q&A event series.

	Some possibilities:

What's a good plan for Wheeler Pass?

Two-time Epic vet, Travis is known as one of mountain biking's best guys, among its most astute product developers, and a true pro's pro. Despite the bursting-at-the-seams trophy case, Travis always seems like he's having a great time, even when he's suffering like a dog.

Why? For sportsmanlike gestures too many to mention, all adding up to the universal respect due a true champion.

Gambles is a smart, business-minded athlete with a serious side, whose analytical thinking has played a massive role in his success in triathlon. With a great sense of humor, he enjoys a good laugh, and is often seen joking with his fellow athletes in transition before races. The media and fans have dubbed Gambles, "Smokin Joe" as he packs some major heat, with a power-house bike-to-run combination that makes him a threat for the win every time he lines up.

Dr. Bergman is a Scientific Advisor to GU Energy Labs and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming, and his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in Exercise Physiology. His doctoral work investigated how endurance exercise training changes glucose, fat and lactate use during exercise.
