Brad Krillenberger Brad Krillenberger has been with the University of Chicago and the Chicago Booth Executive MBA Program Office in his role as senior associate director for over five years. As the senior associate director of student services, he serves as a liaison between students, corporate/personal stakeholders, faculty, and other Chicago Booth departments to serve as single reference point for incoming, current, or alumni of the Executive MBA Program. He draws from his background in professional sales, service consulting, and operations to address students' questions, concerns, and recommendations to implement changes and continually improve the student experience.
Erika Ljungdahl Office Manager - Erika started working for Chicago Booth at the London campus in 2010. As part of the Program office, she knew each student from the very first day of class until they graduated. She coordinated the logistics of the class sessions from getting books to students to planning Saturday dinners out for the class. In August 2012 she transferred to the Chicago campus where she continues to work with Student Services; however now she also works alongside the Admissions team - allowing her to know each student from acceptance to graduation.
Melissa Patterson Admission Counselor, Melissa Patterson joined the Chicago Booth Executive MBA program in September 2013. Melissa is responsible for outreach to prospective students of the North American Executive MBA program as well as assisting current applicants of the program. Patterson graduated from the Booth full-time program in 1998 and then spent several years in corporate finance , strategy and internal consulting roles for United Airlines and RR Donnelley. Prior to returning to Booth as an employee, she spent five years working for the business school at North Park University where she also worked as an adjunct professor.
Patricia Coffey Associate Director of Admissions - Patricia is responsible for all aspects of admissions for the North America campus in Chicago. She also serves as a member of the Admissions Committee for the Executive MBA Program. In addition to her role in admissions, Coffey spearheads recruitment initiatives for diversity groups. She was an integral part of the Student Services team for the Executive MBA Program before joining Admissions in 1999.
Patty Keegan Associate Dean - Patty is responsible for the marketing, admissions and administration of the Executive MBA Program North America located in Chicago. In addition, she works closely with colleagues in London and Singapore to ensure the consistency of the Chicago Booth experience across all 3 campuses. Keegan joined Chicago Booth in 1995 after serving in a marketing role for another business school. Keegan completed her undergraduate work at the University of Notre Dame and earned her master's degree in adult education from National-Louis University. She served as a trustee of the Executive MBA Council, chairing its communications committee in addition to chairing several of its annual international conferences. She is a recipient of the Bud Fackler Award, the Council's highest service award, for her contributions to the industry. The Executive MBA Council is a global association of colleges and universities which run executive MBA programs.
Toby Cortelyou Director of Admissions - Toby is responsible for admissions and marketing efforts at the North America campus in Chicago. Cortelyou joined the Executive MBA Program in 2008. Prior to his role at Chicago Booth, Cortelyou spent time in executive recruitment and enrollment management positions at both Loyola University Chicago and the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. Toby earned his Bachelors degree from Loras College and a Master's of Science in Communications from Northwestern University.
